This policy describes data processing by Synthesis Neuro at synthesisneuro.ru. The platform owner and operator is Варламов Борис Александрович (Boris Varlamov), an individual. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact varlamovboris.a@gmail.com.

Platform purpose and account data

Synthesis Neuro helps organizers manage bots, events, applications, conversations and notifications. The dashboard processes account details, sessions and user actions. Organizers store participant information, answers, messages, registrations and payment status in their workspaces.

This information supports the selected features, access controls, troubleshooting and platform protection. Workspace users can access participant data within their permissions. The organizer determines the questionnaire and must have a basis for collecting and transferring participant data.

Google Sheets access and use

Connecting Google is optional. You select a Google account, authorize access and provide the URL of an existing spreadsheet for a specific project. The spreadsheet check reads its title, time zone and worksheet names. Automatic synchronization starts only after you enable it separately in the dashboard. A project may serve Telegram and MAX using the same registry.

For bulk link import, you may separately specify a Google spreadsheet and worksheet. After an explicit request, the platform reads a bounded range containing stable keys, source names, placements, events and UTM fields. The preview stores validated data; confirmation is valid for 15 minutes. After confirmation, source settings are saved in your workspace. The import does not modify its source spreadsheet. This is a separate action and, if you provide a different URL, a separate file.

The registry may receive a participant's name, phone, Telegram handle, email, company, activity, questionnaire answers, event, order identifier, amount, payment method and status, registration and payment dates, source and attendance mark. The fields depend on the event and registry format. This integration does not transfer bank card details.

The Google Sheets integration does not request Gmail, Google Calendar or access to the list of Google Drive files. The platform does not receive your Google password. Google handles sign-in and the authorization process.

Storage and protection

The connected Google account email, spreadsheet URL and title, registry year and connection state are stored for the project and workspace. OAuth credentials for continued synchronization are encrypted on the server and bound to the workspace. They are not displayed in the dashboard. The server uses short-lived access tokens for Google requests. Connections to the website and Google APIs use HTTPS.

Settings, synchronization jobs and audit records support retries, troubleshooting and recovery. Server backups may contain saved platform data. Disconnecting Google does not delete all workspace data or backups; you may request deletion through support.

Data transfers

When you enable synchronization, registry information is sent to Google for writing into your chosen spreadsheet. The spreadsheet's Google sharing settings determine who can open it. Google processes data under its Privacy Policy. The spreadsheet owner must account for this transfer when handling participant personal data.

Who receives Google user data

In this policy, Google user data means the connected Google account email, information about selected spreadsheets and worksheets, rows read for synchronization or import, and OAuth credentials. For the functions described above, recipients and processors may include:

Telegram, MAX and Prodamus support separate messaging and payment features. They do not participate in Google OAuth or Sheets requests. The Google Sheets integration does not send them Google OAuth tokens or the contents of spreadsheets it reads. Participant data received from a bot or organizer may be sent to a messenger, payment provider and Google when the corresponding separately selected functions are used.

External AI providers do not participate in connecting or synchronizing Google Sheets. For these functions, the platform does not send them Google OAuth tokens or the contents of spreadsheets it reads. If a user independently copies data or sends it to an external assistant, that is a separate user action outside automatic Sheets synchronization.

Use limitations

Data obtained through Google APIs is used for the connection and synchronization functions described here, including explicit source import. It is not sold or used for advertising, credit scoring or training generalized AI models. Human access is limited to explicit user consent for support, necessary security purposes or legal requirements.

Synthesis Neuro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting, revoking access and deletion

“Disconnect Google for this project” deletes that project's saved OAuth credentials and stops synchronization from all bots in the project. The spreadsheet, its rows, saved URL and jobs remain. Connections of other projects are not disconnected by this action.

You can revoke the application's authorization in your Google account connection settings. Revocation may affect multiple projects connected through the same Google account and application. To restore synchronization, reconnect the account and enable synchronization separately.

To request access, correction or deletion, contact support and identify your account and workspace. We verify ownership and clarify the request's scope. Spreadsheet editing, deletion and other users' access are managed by its owner through Google.

Policy updates

The current policy is published here with its update date. If the purpose of Google data access changes, this information will be updated before the data is used for a new function, and additional authorization will be requested when necessary.
